This Refund Policy sets forth the Agreement between “Creators”, their “Students” and Unsolved.network (Unsolved), a platform and website run by Unsolved Network Pvt. Ltd. All capitalized terms used in the Unsolved.network Refund Policy have the same meaning as defined in the Unsolved.network Terms of Service, which this Refund Policy is part of.
Unsolved is a platform that allows “Creators” to launch a Learning Network, get their own education website, host courses & coaching programs that they sell to “Students” and create a learning network where their Students can discuss and collaborate.
The Refund Policy below covers 3 different Use Cases as Mentioned Below
If a Student purchases a course from a Creator and finds that the course did not deliver what it promised, then the student is entitled to ask for a 100% refund within 48 hours of purchase of the course, unless specifically mentioned otherwise in the course pre enrollment page
Go to the course you have purchased, For a period of 48 hours, you will see the option of requesting a refund. Click that to process your refund request.
In case you do not see this option, you may not be eligible due to one of the many Reasons for denied refunds as listed below.
In this case you will have to write to contact the Creator to request a refund, or choose the escalation method listed below if that fails
Refunds will be processed as a payment back to the instrument that the user used to make the purchase, or as Unsolved credit that can be used to buy other courses on the Unsolved platform
It will take upto 14 days to process your refund request.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:
The timeline for refund request has expired
A significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded by a student before the refund was requested.
Multiple refunds have been requested by a student for the same course.
Excessive refunds have been requested by a student.
Users who have their account reported, banned or course access disabled due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
We do not grant refunds for any subscription services unless otherwise required by applicable law (please see below for more information).
These refund restrictions will be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If your refund has been denied for reasons other than mentioned above, then kindly send escalation emails to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will review the refund request and interface with the Student and Creator to help resolve any genuine issues
Students may subscribe to subscription based courses or pay monthly or annually for membership to learning communities.
These recurring subscriptions can be canceled at any time. No refunds or partial refunds are available in the event you cancel.
You will no longer be billed at the next billing cycle
This is applicable for all Creators, their Courses and Learning Communities, unless law of a particular land demands that they refund.
You will continue to have access to a learning network or course for the period that you have already paid for
If you’re enrolled in a subscription via the free trial, you can cancel the free trial at any time, without being charged.
When Creators sell a course using the Unsolved platform, Unsolved charges a small commission. These commissions are charges for using the Unsolved platform and are non refundable irrespective of whether a Student has been refunded by a Creator
If you are a Creator and have opted for premium plans of Unsolved, then you will be paying a monthly or annual subscription charge to Unsolved for that. You can cancel these Premium Plans by Unsolved at any time.
You will continue to have access to Unsolved Premium Plans for the entire duration that you have paid for. No refunds partial or full will be processed
